I've lost 37 pounds since starting this journey with Jason last year on May 26 - which is TOTALLY AWESOME, and I am very grateful for the weight loss I've had so far. I have, however, hit another plateau. I think it has been two months since I've lost any weight.
I'm in the process of giving up coffee, as it was turning my stomach. I'm down to one pot a day, instead of the usual two pots. I have a really good feeling about this. I know it seems unrelated, but, I've experienced unrelated changes pushing me off of the plateaus before - so I'm hopeful.
Anyway - mostly just wanted to pop in here and say "Hello!" and update and browse around to see how everyone is doing!
There are some GREAT fitness chicks on Twitter, one of whom even gives daily goals that are really easy to manage, but, usually last all day. Like once every hour type things - I love those, because, not only are they manageable for people like me who are not too keen on exercise - but, they keep fitness/activity/moving on my mind all day!
