I started out in May using Sparkpeople - mostly just counting my calories. I'm not very disciplined (ok, at all!) about exercising! I lost 25lbs, then started having stomach problems and stopped counting my calories and logging into Sparkpeople every day.
I was lucky (COMPLETELY!) that I never got off-track enough to put weight back ON, but, I did stop losing weight.
I've tried getting myself back on track several times, and totally flubbed it. But Sunday night, I got sick (sore throat, fever crap...) and so I guess that lowered my calorie intake! So now I've lost 3 more lbs!!
I have started walking, though, in the last couple months. I generally walk between 3-5 miles when I do get out there and do it.
Thanks so much for your encouragement! :)

The mornings were slow - we got up w...
