Mirror, mirror on the wall

OK let's get this show on the road.

I like food.

There, I said it. It's true, and I don't care who knows about it.

I work out regularly, so I'm pretty confident that I am fit and strong.

In fact I've been working out in the gym for most of the last 20 years. Last year I had surgery on both of my shoulders. Wear and tear and a little middle-agedness had given me arthritis in both shoulders.
