Up to last month I used to go to yoga studio twice or thrice a week. Now I have just stopped. I want to get back into it and also start a home practice. I hope joining this group will inspire me...

Yoga is quite a workout. I have done it a few times and i can assure you I do not make it look as graceful and elegant as the videos as I grunt and sweat my way through a workout! I need to get back to it however.

Ate lunch and still hungry

I'm on my second day of a 1200 calorie/day diet. I just ate my turkey sandwich and I'm still hungry. Boo. I have 5 pounds to lose that I quickly gained after going on a new med.
