On Another Danged Plateau
I've lost 37 pounds since starting this journey with Jason last year on May 26 - which is TOTALLY AWESOME, and I am very grateful for the weight loss I've had so far. I have, however, hit another plateau. I think it has been two months since I've lost any weight.
I'm in the process of giving up coffee, as it was turning my stomach. I'm down to one pot a day, instead of the usual two pots. I have a really good feeling about this. I know it seems unrelated, but, I've experienced unrelated changes… Continue

Down 28 pounds!! Yea!
I'm so excited - after almost 3 months of going nowhere (not down, and thankfully *not* UP) - I've lost 3 more pounds.
I sort of forgot how good it feels to see the numbers lower on the scale!

- Sorry for the delay -- I should really pay more attention to this! Good work on your goals. I guess plateaus are sometimes part of the process too. You asked about my kids -- I've got a newly turned 8 year old and a 9 1/2 year old. And while one is like a scrawny cat (ha!) the other is getting alittle pudgy. Guess I need watch him, too.
