Tonight, three amazing things happened:
1. I craved exercise
2. I ran more than walked on my walk/run 5k training program
3. I enjoyed it. I really did!
Looking back on my out-of-shape past, this is nothing short of miraculous. My next challenge: getting to bedtime without snacking. Oh, lordy.
