On Friday I got measured. Here's my losses (in inches) so far:
Waist: 2 1/2
Bust: 1
Hips: 1
Thighs: 3/4 inch from my right thigh (It was 3/4 inch larger than my left. Now they match.)
Arms: 1/4
Calves: 1/2
Strangely, I gained 1/2 inch in my shoulders, but I think it was bad posture the first time I was measured ~6 weeks ago.
I really need to lose the weight in my hips & thighs the most. I've expressed this to our trainer and hope that the adjustments to my routine he'll be making this wee…
