Since my May 1st weigh in, I've lost 5 pounds. I'm pretty sure I lost them somewhere I can't find them either. Don't you go looking for them either; you don't want 'em ...
You can do it! It might help to stretch your shins and ankles more before you run. Helps me, so hopefully it'll help you too!
Thanks! I just noticed that I had my waist lost wrong. It was actually 2 1/2, not 1 1/2. (So I corrected the blog entry.) I just got to keep it up for about another 5 months and I should hit my goal! :-)

On Friday I got measured. Here's my losses (in inches) so far:
Waist: 1 1/2
Bust: 1
Hips: 1
Thighs: 3/4 inch from my right thigh (It was 3/4 inch larger than my left. Now they match.)
Arms: 1/4
Calves: 1/2
Strangely, I gained 1/2 inch in my shou...
Wow, I'm impressed. Looking forward to seeing what Day 2 and 3 are like.

I lost another 5 pounds... Don't you think of finding them either!

I got measured...

I really need to lose the weight in my hips & thighs the most. I've expressed this to our trainer and hope that the adjustments to my routine he'll be making this wee… Continue
